When will I receive my Jo Tote?
We ship all Jo Totes through USPS Priority Mail. You should receive your order in approximately five to seven business days (however, arrival times for international orders vary). All orders to the continental United States of America are shipped at a flat rate of $13.95 per bag. Orders to Canada are shipped at a flat rate of $25, and all other international orders are shipped at a flat rate of $35.

What is your exchange policy?
We would be happy to exchange your unused Jo Tote where it is returned to us within 30 days of its original shipping date. A copy of your invoice must be included with the item you are exchanging. Please retain the original packaging and list the reason for the exchange on the invoice. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of both the returned item and its replacement.
